Sheridan Savio - Clips 4 A Cure
What makes a Hot Mamma? Positive energy, inner beauty (and let’s face it- when someone has inner beauty, they also have outer beauty), someone who balances life well, and no matter what life throws at them- they see the glass half full. Our Hot Mamma’s are working moms who “have it all”- family, career and happiness. And in true OCMAMMA style- our Hot Mamma’s are also…HOT.
Our hope is that you pat our Hot Mamma’s on the back for being able to juggle it all (with a smile on their face), and when possible- support their businesses. In every HM Spotlight you will be introduced to our HM of the Month, their kiddo and their business. If you choose to contact the HM (and we hope you do), please don’t forget to tell ‘em where you heard about their hot-ness.

How does your business help other moms and/or kids? Cancer touches almost everyone’s life. I contribute a portion of my profits to the American Cancer Society. In addition, my products especially the sandals are conducive to the mother/daughter look. The Hats and headbands make girl’s look and feel adorable.
How do you balance work and kids? My girls are my priority and I try to work while they are in school or on a play date. My family is supportive and always there to help when needed.
What is your favorite activity with your kiddo? Swimming and quiet reading time. Sidewalk chalk making great creations. Crafts ay crafts, my girls love to help make my hats, and design new one’s. Dancing in our bonus room to songs from the 70’s and 80’s...going to the park Spending time with my girls and my 2 nephews Tyler and Travis, they are the boys I never had.
What is one piece of advice that you could share with other mom’s? Be grateful for what your have. Put your family first. Hug, kiss and tell them you love them everyday. Also, let them know that they are blessed to be a blessing! Also, take a little time out for us as Moms.
What is your favorite online site for kids or moms? I have several...but I enjoy Mamasource where you can blog and get advice about just about everything with other moms.
What is one of your favorite books about parenting? The Strong Willed Child by Dr. James Dobson. I will say however that being a parent and reading to and with my girls...that’s the best...they love snuggling up and reading...That time together is PRICELESSS my favorite is the Very Hungry Caterpillar, and The Giving Tree.
What is your biggest guilty pleasure? Frozen yogurt, ice cream, caramel...and Diet Coke (that’s where I get my caffeine) However my family doesn’t approve my daughter will often dump out my Diet Coke, because they heard it is bad for me.
If you won the lotto today, what would be the first thing you would spend money on? (Assuming you have to buy yourself something... I know, it is a stretch) Stay home with my girl’s full time and enjoy life all around. Travel, shop, keep healthy, exercise,...and the list goes on...Oh, I would definitely share with my parents and sister’s family too, My Mom really wants to retire from teaching and with all the uncertainty of the economy has made it impossible...
